Why is an exam portal giving an 'Invalid Aspect Ratio' error?

Certain portals (such as SSC and IBPS) verify that the image matches a 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm (or 1:1.3) ratio. If you crop your image before compression using our preset tool, the file size and ratio will both match.
