UPSC 2026 Image Guidelines FAQ

According to the official UPSC notification for 2026, the photograph must be in JPG format with a file size strictly between 20 KB and 200 KB. The resolution must be at least 350x350 pixels up to a maximum of 1000x1000 pixels. Additionally, the photo must not be older than 10 days and must contain the candidate's Name and the Date the photo was taken printed at the bottom.
For 2026, UPSC has introduced the "Triple Signature" requirement. You must sign your name three times vertically on a plain white paper using black ink. Scan this block and use our tool to resize it. The file size must be between 20 KB and 100 KB, and dimensions should be between 350 and 500 pixels. Upload your raw scan to our resizer above, and it will iteratively compress the image to hit this exact KB window while keeping the text sharp.
